The role requires state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and involves using the SERVE process to determine lens recommendations while ensuring accurate pricing and insurance information. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• Must have and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Ability to explain optical products, services, and interpretation of prescriptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection, fittings, and dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with social distancing and cleaning protocols.
• Provide accurate information on frames, lens selections, and insurance benefits.
• Utilize SERVE sales process to identify customer needs and recommend lens options.
• Communicate with Lab and Optometrist to ensure prescription accuracy.
• Maintain accurate pricing and manage dispensing area cleanliness.
