Responsibilities

• Assist customers with frame and lens selection while following social distancing.
• Provide accurate product information and lens/frames guidance.
• Interpret prescriptions and coordinate with Lab/Optometrist for accuracy.
• Explain camera or third-party insurance benefits and potential extra charges.
• Sell, fit and dispense frames and accessories with precise measurements.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensing area and ensure proper pricing.
