Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and customers, identifying needs for an easy, memorable experience.
• Provide product and service recommendations.
• Achieve sales goals while following company policies.

• Identify and troubleshoot prescription issues to resolve complaints.
• Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames per prescription; perform minor repairs.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping duties as needed.
