Job summary

SEE Eyewear is seeking a Licensed Dispensing Optician to join our retail team. You will leverage eyewear knowledge to guide customers, troubleshoot optical issues, and support store operations with accuracy and care.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to elevate customer experience, meet sales targets, and maintain patient records. Night and weekend shifts are required, with opportunities to grow in a fashion-forward, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Opticianry degree or apprenticeship completion.
• Current Licensed Dispensing Optician in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold optical guidelines and assist with complex orders.
• Support Lab team with knowledge sharing and updates.
• Drive personal and team sales to meet KPI and goals.
• Mentor team members on optical knowledge and service quality.
• Greet customers and recommend lenses, frames, and accessories.
• Maintain patient/sales records and process payments accurately.
