You will welcome customers, take precise measurements, fit eyewear, and leverage technology to ensure accuracy. State licensure and optical dispensing experience are required, with opportunities for professional growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required for optical dispensing.
• Experience in optical dispensing and customer service.
• Familiar with POS, computers and calculators.
• Strong math skills and knowledge of current eyewear merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and guidance to customers.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and high volume.
• Maintain store appearance and organize products.
• Follow safety and store policies.
