For Eyes, part-time Licensed Optician position in a retail setting, delivering exceptional service and precise eyewear fitting. You will assist customers, take measurements, and use POS tools to process orders while upholding brand standards and community engagement.

The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, accurate dispensing, and teamwork with store leadership to drive KPIs and maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required for optical dispensing.
• Optical dispensing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of current eyewear merchandise and fashion trends.
• Ability to use an iPad/tablet and POS system; comfortable with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glasses and input prescriptions into lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and support team.
• Take measurements, adjust eyewear and ensure accuracy.
• Build relationships to attract new customers.
• Educate customers on lens options and benefits.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
