Responsibilities

• Deliver sales with excellent member service in person and by phone.
• Take measurements and ensure correct frame selection for Rx power.
• Explain exam fees and maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Assist with eyeglass adjustments, repairs, and HIPAA compliance.
