Pearle Vision is seeking a Licensed Optician for a full-time position in Honolulu. You will attract and retain customers by delivering an exceptional eyewear shopping experience, and support the doctor and staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will fill prescriptions, fit frames and lenses, take measurements, and promote managed vision care opportunities while upholding Pearle Vision standards and brand. Training and opportunities for growth are available in a nationwide Optician network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to present decisive, creative solutions to grow the business
• Attention to store merchandising and detail

Responsibilities

• Foster a retail selling culture to drive store sales.
• Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and assist with frame/lens selection.
• Ensure accurate measurements and pricing; adhere to plans and promotions.
