You will educate customers on warranties and services, operate the POS, and maintain store standards. The role emphasizes optics knowledge, strong communication, and use of technology to engage patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or better and optician licensure or certification.
• Knowledge of optical theory, frames, lenses and merchandising.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conveys commitment to unsurpassed customer service using the selling model.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle and Rx.
• Operates the POS and handles payments securely with accuracy.
• Educates customers on LensCrafters guarantees, warranties and services.
• Maintains store appearance and uses Order tracker to fulfill orders.
