Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescription in lenses.
• Acts as a leader in optical acumen.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Explores patient needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Assists peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Partners with management to resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction.
• Operates the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
• Maintains dispensary appearance and organization.
• Collaborates with doctors and practice staff daily.
