Job summary

You will verify Rx details, assist with measurements, and ensure a smooth, privacy-conscious member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; college degree and/or optical/retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Able to work open shifts; customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispense spectacles and assist patients with lenses and frames following prescriptions.
• Take measurements and ensure correct frame selection according to Rx power.
• Explain exam fees and maintain HIPAA compliance while handling payments.
• Provide service excellence and address member questions in person and by phone.
