Qualifications

• Optical dispensing experience.

• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm, efficient service.
• Custom fit glasses and ensure prescription accuracy.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist associates.
• Take measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Attract new customers and understand their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions to assess priorities.
• Collaborate with coworkers on complex product needs.
• Educate customers on features/benefits of lenses and frames.
