Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set expectations
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
• Lead with optical expertise and assist with complex prescriptions
• Measure, adjust, and fit eyewear accurately
• Utilize technology and maintain product knowledge
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to safety practices
• Follow company policies on discounts, promotions, and inventory

Qualifications

Basic:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• State Licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of current merchandise and fashion trends
