What would you do? - The Specifics
  1. Meet National Vision's sales and company objectives.
  2. Follow the America's Best "Code of Excellence" to ensure customer satisfaction by creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
  3. Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers.
  4. Perform insertion and removal training of contact lenses to customers.
  5. Educate clients on proper eyeglass and contact lens care.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  7. Maintain visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
  8. Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
Are you the right fit? - The Suitable Talent
  1. Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  2. Maintain license, as required by state.
  3. Strong selling skills, aimed at meeting both the store's and self-sales targets, by following company policies.
  4. Able to give instruction in a clear and concise manner to customers.
  5. Effective interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Detail oriented.
  8. Multitasking and time-management skills.
  9. Professional attitude and appearance.
