Job summary

National Vision is seeking a results-driven store leader with optical sales experience to oversee daily operations at Eyeglass World. You will coach and motivate the team, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage promotions and store performance.

A licensed ABO/NCLE certification holder is preferred, with strong communication between management, doctors, and staff. You will work closely with store leadership to balance staffing, drive sales, and maintain readiness for same-day service while

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience is required.
• Supervising/leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills for team management.
• Ability to analyze and improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve profit, sales and performance goals according to NVI standards.
• Monitor sales results against budgeted targets.
• Ensure all store associates deliver premier customer service.
• Maintain awareness of same-day service using production boards.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reports.
• Liaise between doctors and store personnel to coordinate care.
