What You'll Do:

The successful candidate will:

• Sell, fit, inspect, and dispense eyewear
• Enhance store profitability and handle daily operations
• Ensure a delightful customer experience for exam patients and shoppers
• Work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Follow operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill eyewear needs

Requirements:

• Licensed Optician as required by your state
• Strong sales skills: connecting with customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, educating on purchases
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS, computers, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interact with diverse people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solver, open to feedback
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to meet physical job requirements and multitask in a busy environment
