The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Essential functions include following treatment plans, establishing goals, supervising OTAs and Rehab Aides, charting, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Competenze

• NBCOT certification required or obtained at hire
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT/MSOT)
• Must hold/maintain active state OT license in good standing
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation

Mansioni

• Follow prescribed OT treatment plans for patients
• Establish, assess, and adjust functional goals
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs and Rehab Aides
• Accurately chart patient progress and care','Utilize therapy software
• Provide excellent customer service and professional patient interactions
• Maintain patient safety and body mechanics
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
