Job summary

HealthCare Therapy Service (HTS) is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a senior living community in Bedford, Indiana. This part-time role focuses on a varied caseload in short-term rehab, long-term care, and assisted living.

You will provide high-quality OT treatments, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care. Flexible scheduling and weekly hours (12–18) are available to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
