Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Oxnard, CA to lead therapy services across our communities. You’ll mentor clinicians, coordinate care, and drive the EmpowerMe 360 model to keep residents active, independent, and engaged.

The role combines hands-on care with leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong partnerships with community leadership. A current therapy license and mentorship experience are required, with a generous sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
