EmpowerMe Wellness in California seeks a Clinic Director who will lead a therapy-focused team within our senior living communities. You will provide therapy services while guiding your clinicians, building trusted relationships with residents, families, and community leadership, and shaping daily care delivery through EmpowerMe 360.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership with a clear path for growth into broader operations and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team or clinical initiatives.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading the team in care delivery.
• Mentor clinicians and support their clinical growth.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360.

Responsibilities

What You'll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
