EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams and shape daily care across our senior communities. You will mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership, and build relationships to drive resident engagement and enrollment.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll help coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services while advancing program development and quality improvement in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities
