Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director to lead clinical teams across therapy and wellness in community settings. You will guide daily care delivery, mentor clinicians, and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model to improve resident independence and satisfaction.

You will partner with community leadership to build trusted relationships, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining hands-on involvement with residents and the team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
