EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery within our senior living communities. You will oversee your clinical team, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model, coordinating therapy, wellness, and medical services to deliver a seamless resident experience.

You will drive resident engagement, enrollment, and program quality while maintaining hands-on clinical involvement and strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
