Job summary

HealthCare Therapy Service (HTS) seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy team at a continuing care retirement community in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time role covers 30–40 hours weekly, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates must hold an active Indiana OTA license, have ACOTE-accredited program and NBCOT, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OTA license required or eligible to earn Indiana license.

Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time

HTS is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy team at a continuing care retirement community located on the northeast side of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This highly-regarded facility provides multiple levels of care to diverse patient populations from short-term rehab, long term care, outpatient, assisted living and independent living. At 30 – 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

• Two well-equipped therapy gyms, and functional training spaces (kitchen and bathroom).
• Strong interdisciplinary support focused on person-centered care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
