Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist - PT to join our team in Ohio. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop treatment plans with MD orders, while documenting results accurately and adhering to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist to apply.
• OT holds a current license and/or registration in-state as applicable.
• Degree must be from an acсredited program recognized by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings timely on the standardized evaluation form.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments and modify as indicated while adhering to precautions.
