Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team in a permanent role. Compensation ranges from $75,000.00 to $98,000.00 per year, with privileges and growth opportunities across care settings.

AOTA-recognized OT degree and NBCOT licensure are required, along with MD-order-based evaluations and patient-centered care. We offer flexible scheduling, a collaborative culture, 401K with match, online CEU credits, referral bonuses, and an immigration-support

Competenze

• Must be licensed and/or registered to apply.
• NBCOT-OTR designation as applicable by state.
• AOTA-recognized degree in Occupational Therapy.

Mansioni

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using modalities and adjust as indicated within safety guidelines.
