Qualifications

• Must be licensed/registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to apply.
• Current state license and NBCOT designation required (if applicable).
• B.S./M.S./D.O. in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings timely on standardized forms following guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Provide patient-centered treatment with appropriate precautions and modality use.
