Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting in Florida. You will evaluate, treat, and implement individualized care plans while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state.
Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
Create and implement personalized care plans.
Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
