Qualifications
- OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
- NBCOT certification requirement as OTR where state requires.
- Current license to practice as Occupational Therapist.
- New grads welcome with mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments and ADLs.
- Create and implement personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
