HTS is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (PRN) for a senior living facility in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. The role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to impact residents’ quality of life through rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, implementing interventions, and collaboration with the care team. Licensure eligibility in Indiana and ACOTE/NBCOT credentials are required to practice.

Occupational Therapist (PRN) – Senior Living Facility

HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ quality of life by providing expert rehabilitative care in a supportive and caring environment. As a PRN position, this role is ideal for professionals seeking flexible scheduling to complement their existing commitments.

*Upcoming 12 to 13 week assignment starting in mid- November - PRN needs will be increased for 12 weeks. Consistent hours can be offered if desired!

Requirements

Applicants must have active Indiana Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
