Job summary

HealthCare Therapy Service (HTS) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at a senior living community in Bedford, Indiana.

This Part-Time/Consistent PRN role offers a varied caseload across short-term rehab, long-term care, and assisted living, with responsibilities including therapy provision, progress documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OT/OTA license or eligibility to obtain Indiana license.
• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Passing NBCOT examination and meeting state licensure requirements.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

HTS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist OR Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at a senior living community in Bedford, Indiana. This Part-Time/Consistent PRN opportunity offers the chance to serve a varied caseload, including residents in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living. The OT or OTA in this position will provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents, document resident progress and maintain accurate records, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
