Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and create personalized care plans to support meaningful progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation to regulatory standards, and ensure physician orders are current. The role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within Enhance Therapies.

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
