Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Indiana to evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments. You will create and implement personalized care plans and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Role requires a current OT license in the state; NBCOT certification may be required by the state. The position offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
