Renewal Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist - Full-Time in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You'll Do:
