Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Must hold an OT license in the state of practice and have an AOTA-accredited degree. This role offers supportive mentorship, flexible schedules, and pathways for advancement within a growing therapy family.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice (must be licensed to apply).
• NBCOT certification as OTR if required by the state.
• Degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
