Job Overview:

HMR Veterans Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Veterans skilled nursing facility in Bonham, TX. The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operation of the community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) as Licensed Administrator in a Skilled Nursing/Longterm Care nursing home.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in the State of Texas.
