Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a long-term care facility in Mishawaka, Indiana. The Administrator will direct overall operations to meet resident needs while complying with federal and state regulations and company policies.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, develop marketing plans, recruit and train employees, and ensure high quality care and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification is required.
• Minimum two years of management experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate planning with management and consultants; set priorities and assign tasks.
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs, cleanliness, and staff morale.
• Promote inter-departmental teamwork and effective use of consultants.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and QA standards; enforce compliance.
• Manage staffing through recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Oversee budgeting, labor costs, payables, and receivables.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to maximize census and revenue.
• Lead marketing staff and execute the marketing plan.
