Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Malden is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Malden, MO. You will oversee daily operations, uphold high-quality resident-centered care, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

As LNHA, you will manage a diverse team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff, develop policies, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and community

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LNHA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, dietary, and environmental care services
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead and manage a team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth and development
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Foster strong relationships with families, residents, and community partners
