Job summary

The Waters of Gainesboro in Gainesboro, TN invites a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance while driving business objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee staffing, budgets, marketing efforts, and interactions with regulators and families, maintaining high morale and adherence to company policies. Must hold an active LNHA license and bring strong long‑term care leadership experience.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Possesses a minimum two (2) years applicable management or comparable experience in a long term care setting.
Possesses strong knowledge regarding state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.

Responsibilities

Directs the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, regulations, and company policies.
Develops and implements a marketing strategy to maximize census and ancillary revenues.
Maintains compliance with governmental regulations and company Quality Assurance Standards.
Manages staffing, recruitment, and staff development to ensure adequate coverage and quality care.
Oversees budgets, payables/receivables, and business office activities.
