Arcadia Care is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations of the facility in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure high-quality resident care.

The LNHA will oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, and admissions while fostering a warm, resident-centered environment and upholding the Care without Compromise standard across the facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LNHA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor role; healthcare experience preferred.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be always provided to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
