Elevate Care Riverwoods is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Illinois. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will direct department heads, support interdisciplinary teams, manage the budget, and drive quality improvement while fostering a positive, resident-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• Active IL Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
