Job description

CareCore at Mentor, a premier long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team with integrity, vision, and dedication to excellence.

Position Summary:

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents while fostering a positive and productive work environment for staff. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a resident-centered approach to management.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including resident care, staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in the state of Ohio.
  • Proven leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Strong organizational, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
