Sign-on Bonus

$10,000 Sign On Bonus (paid in quarterly installments over one year).

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, you will organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times. You will also plan, implement, and achieve the community's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct overall operations in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain high quality care standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the state where you are operating.
• Knowledge of state guidelines and regulations in which you are practicing.
• 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
