Complete Care at the Boulevard is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 156-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago, IL. The Administrator will oversee facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality resident care.

The role requires a licensed LNHA in Illinois with prior administrator experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Illinois LNHA license required.
• Prior LNHA experience required.
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to all departments within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and healthcare standards.
• Oversee daily facility operations and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Monitor quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support census growth and positive referral relationships within the community.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership and facility team.
• Monitor financial performance and operational goals.
• Promote a culture focused on resident-centered care and continuous improvement.
• Address concerns promptly and work toward effective solutions.
