The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication. You will ensure policy compliance, engage staff, and align with Genesis values to deliver compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
• On-call availability

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center
