Genesis in Las Cruces, NM, seeks an experienced executive to lead a nursing center, oversee department heads, and drive high standards of care and service. You will promote community engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an engaged workforce focused on compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, policy adherence, and representing the center in the community to strengthen public relations and outcomes.

Competenze

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills - well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers
• On-call availability

Mansioni

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
