Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as Administrator or Executive Director in a long-term care setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead administrative functions including finances, clinical, resident satisfaction, and staff relations.
• Oversee facility operations and ensure a positive culture aligned with values.
• Monitor and improve resident care, service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor budgets, P&L, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, hire, and develop staff; manage performance and retention.
• Implement quarterly and annual strategic plans to support the facility's goals.
• Ensure accurate medical records for billing, audits, and regulatory purposes.
