Job summary

Career Strategies is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA) to lead operations, compliance, and culture at a Geneva, Ohio skilled nursing facility. You will ensure exceptional resident care while guiding a dedicated clinical leadership team.

You’ll manage daily operations, regulatory surveys, budgets, and staff development, building a compassionate, accountable environment that supports residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active state Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrator in a long-term care facility.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer’s care is strongly preferred.
• Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
