Job summary
Scarlet Oaks Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, guiding operations, clinical outcomes, and resident satisfaction.
The LNHA will drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness, staff development, census growth, and financial performance while fostering a resident-centered culture and strong partnerships in the Cincinnati healthcare community.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LNHA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of successful LNHA experience in SNF or LTC.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance capabilities.
- Proven success with state surveys and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee facility operations, clinical services, and admin functions.
- Provide leadership to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
- Foster accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio DOH, CMS, and other regulations.
- Lead survey preparation and maintain continual survey readiness.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
- Develop plans to improve census growth and community partnerships.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop staff and leaders.
