Job summary

CareCore at Meadows in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility and build a strong team delivering exceptional resident care.

The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, manage staffing and budgeting, and partner with clinical leaders to maintain high standards for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Previous long-term care/ skilled nursing leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with census development, staffing, budgeting, and survey preparation preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on both residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Provide leadership and support to department directors and facility staff.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community.
• Drive continued growth and overall facility performance.
